Encore Policies
Encore Concierge Services makes every effort to work with the client and be flexible. We do our best to customize each service without subjecting clients to “too many rules.” Encore is here to work with you and to meet your needs. However, we do have certain liberal guidelines:
- One-hour minimum charge. Time thereafter will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
- All costs of purchases and out-of-pocket expenses will require pre-payment.
- We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all scheduled appointments (not including emergency situations). If an appointment is cancelled without a prior 24-hour notice, the client will be billed for 30% of the original charge for that service.
- All client information and services are held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third parties unless specifically authorized by the client.
- Payment will be accepted in cash, check and credit cards payments made through PayPal online.
- There will be a $40 fee for any returned checks.
- All travel time over one hour will be billed at ½ the hourly rate.
